Watch Simon’s licensing service on YouTube

The summer of 2025 saw Plankton’s founding partner Simon Law retiring from his long held post of vicar of St. Gabriel’s couch in Pitsea and re-locating, along with his family to Wales and to take on the role of vicar at St. Giles’ Church in Letterston.

Simon shared “The move was a big one for us, both emotionally and practically – the logistics of moving your home, family and assorted animals was long and drawn out but we got there in the end! I was the last of the family to actually move into our new home, which I finally did in August. One of the last things I did ni clearing out the old vicarage was to do a Plankton stock and master tape hand over to Keith who came over for the day.”

He continued “It was great to be licensed into my new role on September 1st and we managed to film the whole service at the time. It’s taken a little while but I’m pleased that due to the hard work and expertise of my daughter Lydia we have now uploaded the recording of the service onto YouTube. I was keen for all of my family and friends who could not make the journey to be with us on the day could still see the service if they wanted to.”
